Home Buyer Tax Rebates

The Federal Housing Administration extended the $8,000 tax credit for first-time home buyers and the $6,500 tax credit for repeat buyers.
To take advantage of the tax credit, houses must be under contract April 30, 2010 with closings dates on or before June 30, 2010.
